Hi all,
The project is less than a week since launch, so there’s been a few hiccups that I want to get to. I want to formally apologize for the previous use of an “accessibility overlay” on this site. I was not aware of the amount of damage these overlays cause, and it was never the intention to make the site more accessible. To mediate this, I spent time building sensory features I wanted (font, text size, and color profiles) into the direct code of the website so it wouldn’t interfere. I also added some information for users on our accessibility page on how to use browser tools.
The purpose of https://gamingaccessibility.org is to be a helpful tool for disabled gamers. While we may not always get everything right, please know that we are open to change and happy to hear your feedback at contact@gamingaccessibility.org
This project remains commercial free with all database data available for download under public domain.
